All prices are quoted in AUD (Australian dollars) and include Goods & Service Tax (GST) where applicable.

Makers & Providers reserves the right to cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or number/s provided. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received.
All orders are subject to stock being available
No material from the site can be reproduced without the express permission of the owners of this site.
Free delivery Australia wide for all domestic orders over the value of $100.
All deliveries will be sent out via registered Australia Post. If you would like to request an express post service please let us know and this can be arranged.
All orders will be processed in the working week, once payment has been received in full.
Once processed, orders will be sent out within 3-5 business days.
International orders will be charged a delivery fee. After your order has been placed and paid in full, we will contact you via email to assist with the international postage arrangement and additional shipping fee.
It is our usual practice to collect personal information directly from you.
Sometimes we collect personal information from a third party if you have consented or would reasonably expect us to collect the information in this way, for example from publicly available sources such as websites or telephone directories.
We do not collect personal information about you if you only browse this website. Credit Card Details
All credit card payments are processed securely through the Direct One Payment Gateway and National Australia Bank. Payment by credit card is the fastest way to receive your order as there is not clearance delay. Alan Myerson Jewellery does not store any credit card information on our servers.

Our payment options presently available are limited but, most importantly, safe and secure. We offer Credit Card and Debit Card processing and Card payments are made directly through DirectOne's 128 bit SSL Encryption software to insure your personal details are kept safe. None of your payment details are stored - this ensures you will be happy with the security of your transaction.
RETURN MERCHANDISE CREDIT NOTE POLICY

Please note that once our hand crafted and delicate pieces leave our care they become your responsibility. Please take care of your purchase and it will serve you well for years to come.
Our pieces are hand made by skilled artisans from quality materials. Each piece is individually crafted by hand and therefore there may be slight variations. We consider these variations to be individual character that should be embraced as your unique and special piece.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org If the size is wrong, or it just doesn’t work for you as you thought it would, you are welcome to contact us to arrange for a credit note upon satisfying the below requitements.
If products are to be returned, they must be in the original packaging and returned within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us via email at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please retain your Invoice / receipt in the event of any return, as we require proof of purchase before any credit note or refund can be processed.
We are very meticulous in our packing of your order and ensure that you will receive your order in perfect condition. In the unlikely case that you receive a damaged product please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for a return.
If incorrect products have been sent to you, you must notify us of the error within 7 days of receipt of your order. The correct goods will be dispatched immediately after the receipt by Alan Myerson Jewellery of the returned product with no extra postage charges incurred by the buyer. We reserve the right to charge a fee or replacement cost if returned products are damaged or have been used.
You are required to pay all freight charges if you have ordered the incorrect products and ship the products back to Alan Myerson Jewellery for a credit note. You will also be required to pay the freight charge incurred when you redeem your credit note for a replacement product.We can only process products purchased from our website, www.makersandproviders.com.au and provide advice on products available on our website.
We advise all our customers to review this Delivery policy and returned merchandise / refund policy page frequently as this Policy may be amended by us at any without specific notice to you. The latest Policy will be posted on this site and you should review this Policy prior to using this site.
